I here by declare that I am a citizen of India. All the particulars stated in
this application are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read
the Information Brochure and the Admission procedure and I shall abide by the
terms and conditions contained there in. In the event of suppression or
distortion on any fact like Qualifications, Category etc. mentioned in my
application form, I understand that I will be denied the opportunity to appear
in the NEET-PG Counselling-2020 and if already admitted, my admission is
liable for Cancellation. I also understand that the decision of the authorities
of the NEET - PG Counselling-2020 regarding my admission will be final and shall
abide by their descision. Further, if admitted, I promise to abide by the rules
and regulations of the institute as well as NEET-PG Counselling-2020
I understand that in view of COVID-19, the latest information and procedure of counselling will be uploaded on University website on the basis of directions/ advisories received from Govt. of India, Medical counselling Committee, MCI, DCI, Govt of Uttarakhand from time to time. The latest directions uploaded on the website by UK NEET –PG counselling board will only be applicable and will replace any such condition/term/rules mentioned in the information bulletin. The decision taken by UK NEET–PG counselling board in view of COVID-19 related to procedure of counselling will be applicable at all time. I will visit the university website regularly for counselling update. I understand that no separate information will be sent to the candidate.
